no, he stopped performing solo again, but for very rare open mic appearances. now he plays a lot with The Lotus Eaters, an old-time string band, especially at the little grill on wednesday nights. in the studio, he's working with mark lane on the debut record by The Shakes, and he's working with frédéric on the third kindly ones record. |

we just bought an accordion - a vintage italian piano accordion with 120 bass buttons. pictures are here, here and here. |

dan easley is currently working on a film - he describes it as a combination music video/documentary/moving wallpaper. it should be out on dvd in time for christmas. (project has since been put on hold, as lanefilms is working on a film with similar intentions but greater abilities.) |
